Welcome to StudRelief. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using StudRelief, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Our Services
StudRelief is a for-profit document preparation company. We help individuals understand and apply for federal student loan forgiveness and repayment programs by:
- Assessing eligibility based on your personal and financial information
- Preparing and submitting required documentation
- Offering support and guidance throughout the process
We are not a loan servicer, lender, or legal advisor. We do not alter loan terms or negotiate debt on your behalf.
2. Not Affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education
StudRelief is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) or any other government or academic institution. All federal student loan forgiveness programs are available at no cost directly through the DOE at StudentAid.gov. Our service is optional and offered for a fee to assist with paperwork and eligibility support.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibility
By using our services, you represent that you are:
- At least 18 years old
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Using the service for your own personal student loan account
You are responsible for reviewing the information we prepare before submission.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
StudRelief charges a service fee for document preparation and application support. Our pricing varies depending on the level of assistance provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide accurate and timely services, but we do not guarantee:
- That you will be approved for forgiveness or specific programs
- That loan payments or terms will change
- That submission will result in acceptance by the DOE
Our services are based on the information you provide and public program criteria, which may change.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudRelief and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the platform.
